Do I need to come to the first class with a business idea in hand? Arriving at the course with a business idea doesn't hurt, but the market research / brainstorming phase will reveal business ideas if you don't already have one.
What happens if I miss a class? If you miss a class, contact the course instructor for guidance in following the material in the course manual. Do this as quickly as possible to stay at the same level as the rest of the class.
What is needed to succeed in the course? The most important thing is to be totally committed to having an online business, especially so that you don't give up in the early stages when you're dealing with new concepts.
What happens if I still need help after the course? Post-course help includes: Tips and Techniques headquarters, the SBI forums, SiteSell technical support, personal coaching. Contact your instructor who will keep you on the path to success by recommending the right resource for you.
How much time is really needed to succeed in the course? In addition to the three hours per week of class instruction, you need to dedicate an additional 8-10 hours per week studying and implementing what you've learned.
Do I need computer skills to succeed at an online business? If you can send email and find things in Google, you already have what you really need. It's much more important to be truly committed to having an online business, than it is to have technical knowledge.
Do I need a computer at home to succeed in the course and in having an online business? You need a computer with Internet connection. It's convenient for it to be at your home, but it doesn't have to be. You could use a library computer for example.
Why do I need a SiteBuildIt subscription just to learn about having an online business? In this course, you're not just learning; you're also doing, in the sense that you're actually building your online business.
