Participation in the roundtable to Establish R&D Needs for Advanced Building Technology National Research Council, Ottawa. Preparation of guidelines for the Use of Smart Building Systems for a Floating Hotel Project in Indonesia for a major Singaporean real estate developer. Study of the Transformation of an Existing Bank Building into a Smart Building Bangkok, Thailand. Preparation of a report called the Preparation of a New Building for Future Intelligent Systems for a major Canadian real estate developer in Montreal. Organization of a workshop called Smart Buildings Systems Design and Selection on behalf of ASHRAE Montreal Chapter. Participation in the National Research Foundation Workshop to Establish R&D Priorities for Smart Building Systems Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
